Is the tent included in the cost to reserve a marina lawn reception?
No, all rentals including tents, tables, chairs, etc. are brought in through outside vendors. We have a wonderful vendor collection that assists couples in securing those rentals!
How does catering work?
We partner with Vernales catering for all of our events. All food and beverage will be provided through them. They do both food and beverage pricing per person.
Is there a minimum on catering?
No, there is not.
Can we bring in our own alcohol?
No. All alcohol is to be provided by our catering partner, Vernales.
How does the room block work for our wedding?
We hold an allotted number of suites for you and your guests to reserve later. They would call our front desk to make their reservation, and 60 days before your arrival, we’ll pull any suites not yet booked back into our rental program at no cost to you.
What is included with your indoor venue, Elevation?
Elevation comes with tables (banquet, round, cocktail), chairs (black slip-covers per request), white linens, and full A/V capabilities. For weddings, we also have a wood paneled dancefloor.
Are golf carts allowed in the Village?
No, they are not, however, GEM cars and Tomberlins are considered road-safe and can be driven in the Village.
What time does our wedding have to end?
11pm, however, there are 2 different locations in the Village that offer after-party options from 11pm-1am.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, there is free-onsite parking for all guests!
Do you offer transportation or shuttle services?
We do not, however, you can arrange an outside shuttle service to be down in the Village for any transportation needs.

Can room blocks be arranged for corporate groups?
Of course! Most commonly on weekdays and from October-May.
How close are accommodations to meeting spaces?
All within walking-distance to one another!
Can spaces be configured for different meeting styles (boardroom, classroom, reception)?
Absolutely. This will be coordinated with our team prior to your arrival.
Are tents, tables, and chairs included or rented separately?
For our indoor venue, Elevation, tables, chairs, and white linens are included. For any of our outdoor venues, rentals would be brought in separately through outside vendors.
