North Marina Lawn

Overlooking Bay Harbor Lake and the Bay Harbor Lake Marina, the North Marina Lawn offers an open-air setting ideal for weddings, corporate gatherings, and waterfront celebrations. This flexible space serves as a blank canvas, allowing couples and groups to bring in tenting and rentals for a fully customized and weather-conscious experience. Perfect for cocktail hours, receptions, networking events, team dinners, and large-scale celebrations. Accommodating up to 300 guests, the lawn provides ample room for dining, dancing, and entertainment, all set against a scenic marina backdrop that creates a memorable and elevated experience.

Elevation

Elevation offers an inviting indoor setting for weddings, corporate meetings, and group gatherings of varying styles and sizes. Guests may reserve the full venue, featuring over 2,000 square feet of flexible event space, or opt for a more intimate experience in the Bay Room or Harbor Room, ideal for breakout sessions, smaller receptions, or focused meetings. For a formal seated event, Elevation comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests, while a reception-style, cocktail, or networking event can host up to 130 guests. Equipped with full A/V capabilities, the space is well-suited for presentations, workshops, celebrations, and more. A dedicated lobby and lounge area provides the perfect setting for cocktail hour, registration, or catering and bar service, seamlessly complementing the main event space. Located on the second story, Elevation features expansive windows overlooking the charming Village on Main Street, where twinkling evening lights create a warm and memorable atmosphere for any occasion.

South Marina Lawn

Located just across the boat launch from the North Marina Lawn, the South Marina Lawn offers another spacious and scenic waterfront setting ideal for ceremonies, cocktail hours, corporate gatherings, and much more. This open-air venue provides a flexible canvas, allowing couples and groups to bring in tenting and rentals to customize the layout to suit their event, whether hosting a lakeside ceremony, welcome reception, cocktail hour, corporate function, or relaxed Sunday brunch. Accommodating up to 250 guests, the South Marina Lawn offers room for dining, entertainment, and socializing, all set against beautiful views of Bay Harbor Lake and the surrounding marina.

Observation Lookout

This outdoor venue offers an elevated waterfront setting for ceremonies, corporate gatherings, and special events, accommodating up to 200 guests.
